EXTERNAL ROTATION Stand with your affected arm away from the door. Pull the stretch cord out to the side. Keep your elbow tucked into your side at all times.
INTERNAL ROTATION Stand with your affected arm toward the door and your elbow tucked in to your side. Pull the stretch cord across your chest away from the door.
ABDUCTION Standing with your affected arm away from the door, pull the tubing out to the side. Let your elbow come out to help.
FLEXION Standing with your back to the door, pull the stretch cord straight forward.
EXTENSION Stand facing the door and pull the stretch cord straight backward.
